This medication helps relieve the main symptoms of a cold such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, and phlegm, as well as systemic symptoms such as chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It serves to effectively relieve these various symptoms, helping patients return quickly to their daily lives. It is used for the relief of various cold symptoms.
For individuals aged 15 and older: take 1 bottle three times a day, 30 minutes after meals. If necessary, it can be taken at bedtime, and the dosing interval is generally 4 hours.
This medication can cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. The acetaminophen in this medication can rarely cause severe skin conditions, so if a skin rash or allergic symptoms occur, stop taking the medication immediately. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications. The pseudoephedrine in this medication can cause serious skin reactions, so if fever or skin rash develops, stop taking it and consult a specialist. Individuals with a known allergy or history of hypersensitivity to this medication, those who have induced asthma, infants under three months old, and nursing mothers should not take it. Particularly, individuals currently taking or have stopped taking MAO inhibitors within the last two weeks, those with severe hypertension or kidney disease should also refrain from using this medication. It should not be taken with other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines, and caution is advised when using topical diphenhydramine preparations. If unusual symptoms such as rash, nausea, dizziness, anxiety, tremors occur, or if severe allergic reactions, liver dysfunction, or difficulty breathing symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication should not be administered to children under the age of two, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation should be obtained. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration method strictly, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol while taking this medication. This medication may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery. Taking this medication with barbiturates or specific antidepressants, as well as alcohol, may slow down the metabolism of acetaminophen in the body, so caution is needed. Rarely, metabolic acidosis may occur when taken with certain antibiotics, so discontinue use immediately if such symptoms are suspected. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept in a tightly sealed container away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. Additionally, to maintain quality, it is essential not to transfer it to another container.
