Precautions

This medication may put a strain on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. This medication contains acetaminophen, which can very rarely cause serious allergic reactions such as severe rash or blistering. If any of these symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen is 4,000mg, and caution should be exercised if taking this medication alongside other acetaminophen-containing products, as it may cause liver damage. Those with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or similar medications, or those who experienced asthma or allergy symptoms while taking such medications should not take this product. Infants under 3 months of age should not take this medication, and those with certain genetic lactose intolerance issues should avoid it as well. It is advisable not to take this medication in conjunction with other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Particularly, individuals under 15 years with suspected or confirmed chickenpox or influenza, individuals with a history of allergies, and those with liver, kidney, or heart conditions should definitely consult a healthcare professional before use. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as rashes, itching, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur while taking this medication, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional immediately. This medication should not be used in children under the age of 2, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration strictly and try not to use it for extended periods. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, and caution is warranted when taking it with certain antidepressants or alcohol as it could affect liver function. Additionally, taking this medication with certain antibiotics can very rarely lead to a serious condition known as metabolic acidosis, so caution is needed when taking both medications together. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. For quality maintenance, it is important not to transfer the medication to another container.
