Precautions

This medication can stress the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen contained in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if a rash or allergy symptoms occur after taking it, stop taking it immediately and consult with a specialist. Taking more than 4,000mg of acetaminophen in one day can cause liver damage, so be careful to ensure that the total dosage of all acetaminophen products, including this medication, does not exceed this limit. Do not take if you have allergies to this medication or its components, have experienced asthma with this medication or similar drugs in the past, are under 3 months of age, or are currently taking or have recently stopped monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO inhibitors) like certain antidepressants or antipsychotics. Avoid taking this medication alongside cough medicines, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines during treatment. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with a history of allergies or drug allergies, patients with major organ diseases such as liver, kidney, or heart disease, pregnant or lactating women, and the elderly or those with persistent specific symptoms should consult a specialist before taking. If adverse symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness appear after using this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If severe allergic reactions or liver dysfunction symptoms appear, urgent medical attention is needed. Children under 2 years of age should generally not take this medication unless in special cases, and when given to a child, careful supervision by a guardian is needed. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment. Since drowsiness may occur during treatment, it is safer to avoid driving or operating machinery. Combining with certain medications may increase the risk of side effects, so if taking other medications, consult with a specialist. Store this medication out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
