The vitamins B1, B2, B6, D, E and zinc in this medicine help provide the necessary nutrients during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, after illness, during growth, and in old age. It is also effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as treating oral and skin inflammation. It is particularly useful for oral inflammation like stomatitis, cheilitis, and glossitis, and for improving eczema and dermatitis. It helps prevent beriberi due to vitamin B1 deficiency and alleviates eye fatigue. Vitamin D is used to improve bone and dental developmental disorders and to prevent rickets. This medicine helps improve bodily functions and support health recovery in various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 8 and older and adults: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

Ages 8 and older: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, an unexplained systemic inflammatory disease, or those with kidney diseases or kidney stones. Individuals allergic to any components in this medicine should also avoid it, as well as infants under 12 months. During treatment, it is advisable not to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa concurrently. Infants under one year, patients receiving medical treatment, children receiving ample sunlight and eating normally, pregnant women or those who might become pregnant, lactating women, premature infants, and infants should consult a healthcare professional before use. Those with a history of cardiovascular disease, kidney impairment, hypoproteinemia, or kidney stones should also consult a professional before taking this medicine. If nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, skin rash, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare practitioners. Also, be cautious if menstruation occurs more frequently or bleeding lasts longer. Women taking estrogen-containing contraceptives or patients at risk for thrombosis should be aware of an increased risk for thrombosis. Prolonged high doses of vitamin B6 may lead to nerve damage, and overdosing on vitamin B12 may present with hematological abnormalities. High doses can cause peptic ulcers, blood sugar regulation issues, hyperuricemia, liver damage, etc., so caution is necessary. Overdosing can lead to nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so strict adherence to dosage is necessary. Special caution is advised when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If overdosing or no improvement occurs after one month, consult healthcare professionals. Proper dosing guidelines must be strictly followed, and supervision is necessary when administering to children. Urine may turn yellow upon taking this medicine, which can affect clinical test results. It is best to avoid tea containing tannins, like green or black tea, before and after taking the medicine.
