Individuals with allergies to this medication or its components, those with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months old, and those currently taking or recently discontinued certain antidepressants or antipsychotics (MAO inhibitors) should not take this medication. During use, it is safe not to take cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines simultaneously. Infants infected with chickenpox or influenza and children under 15 years of age should consult with professionals before use, and caution is also recommended for individuals with allergic constitutions or a history of drug allergies. People with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, diabetes, hypertension, gastrointestinal issues, glaucoma, or urinary difficulties, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, elderly individuals, and those with frailty should consult healthcare providers before use. If unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, or insomnia occur during use, discontinue taking the medication immediately and consult healthcare personnel. In particular, if symptoms such as hives, difficulty breathing, severe rashes, or jaundice occur, urgent treatment is necessary. This medication should not be given to children under the age of 2 years, and if necessary, a doctor’s consultation is required.
