Vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 are nutrients needed when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, and during recovery from illness. They are also important for maintaining health in growing children and the elderly. These vitamins are effective in preventing poor development of bones and teeth as well as rickets, and they help relieve pain from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. They are also used to relieve various inflammatory symptoms such as inflammation around the mouth, stomatitis, glossitis, dermatitis, and skin inflammation. Specifically, they are beneficial in improving beriberi and eye fatigue. Zinc is also essential for maintaining bodily functions, which is why these nutrients are used for overall health improvement.

Precautions
This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin, and those with kidney disease. People allergic to this medicine or its ingredients, infants under 12 months old, kidney stone patients, and patients with severe renal failure should also avoid taking this medicine. During the use of this medicine, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline, antacids, and levodopa. Women receiving medical treatment, those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, infants, patients with cardiovascular or circulatory problems, impaired kidney function, and patients with low protein levels or a history of kidney stones should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, inflammation in the mouth, loss of appetite, abdominal distention, red spots, irregular heartbeats, central nervous system abnormalities, gastrointestinal disorders, low blood pressure, or pulmonary edema occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high doses of pyridoxine can cause peripheral nerve dysfunction, and exceeding certain doses of vitamin B12 may result in blood abnormalities. High doses can exacerbate gastric ulcers and cause glucose metabolism disorders, hyperuricemia, and liver damage; thus, caution is needed. Excessive doses may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, which also require caution. Concomitant use with aldosterone antagonists or tramadol may increase blood potassium levels, so care should be taken. If an overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist immediately. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen; this medicine can turn urine yellow and affect clinical test results. During therapy, it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea. Store this medicine out of reach of children, avoid exposure to direct sunlight, and keep in a cool, dry, and airtight place to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
