Precautions

This medication can put strain on the liver; therefore, those consuming more than three alcoholic beverages daily on a regular basis should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If severe skin rash, blisters, or red spots appear during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication contains acetaminophen, and the maximum daily dose should not exceed 4,000 mg. Do not use with other products containing acetaminophen. People who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components, those with a history of asthma, children under three months old, and those currently taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not use this medication. It is safe to avoid taking this medication with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines during use. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic predispositions, liver, kidney, or heart diseases, and pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, or insomnia develop after use, discontinue taking the medication and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Seek emergency treatment immediately for severe allergic reactions or difficulty breathing. Adhere strictly to prescribed dosages and avoid prolonged use; it is important to avoid alcohol during treatment. Taking this medication with specific antidepressants or alcohol may slow the breakdown of acetaminophen, increasing the risk of side effects, so caution is required. Additionally, taking this medication with certain antibiotics can rarely lead to a serious condition called metabolic acidosis; if such symptoms are suspected, discontinue immediately. Keep this medicine out of reach of children and store it in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid transferring it to other containers as this helps maintain quality.
