This medicine is used to relieve respiratory symptoms such as cough and phlegm.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 15 years and older: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. People who have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients should avoid taking it. Those taking or having discontinued MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics within the last 2 weeks should not take this medicine. While taking this medicine, it is safe to avoid taking other cough medicines, cold medications, medicines containing antihistamines, sedatives, etc. People with a history of allergic reactions such as rash or itching due to medications, those with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases or diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, difficulties in urination, elderly people, people in weak health, or those with high fever should consult a professional before taking this medicine. Pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a doctor before taking this medicine. People with respiratory diseases such as smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or prolonged cough lasting more than a week, or those with cough accompanied by fever, rash, or headache should also consult a professional before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty urinating, severe thirst, anxiety, tremors, insomnia occur while taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, stop taking it and consult a professional. This medicine should not be used for children under 2 years of age unless absolutely necessary, and a doctor's evaluation is required in such cases. Dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and for children under 7 years of age, it is preferable to administer a syrup rather than a tablet. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine, as drowsiness may occur; therefore, refrain from operating vehicles or machinery.
