This medication is used for physical fatigue, reduced physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, post-illness recovery, developmental stages, and in old age. It also helps improve poor bone and dental development and prevents rickets. It treats beriberi (a disease caused by Vitamin B1 deficiency affecting the nervous and cardiovascular systems) and alleviates eye fatigue. Additionally, it reduces pain from conditions like neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is effective in relieving inflammation around the mouth and inside the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) as well as eczema and dermatitis symptoms. Overall, this medication is used to improve various symptoms associated with vitamin deficiencies and related disorders.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with high calcium levels in the blood, unknown systemic inflammatory diseases, or kidney diseases. Additionally, it should be avoided by those who have allergic reactions to this medication or its components. Patients with kidney stones should also refrain from using this medication. Do not take this medication concurrently with levodopa. Women who are receiving medical treatment, pregnant, or breastfeeding, as well as premature infants or newborns, must consult a professional before taking this medication. Care should be taken as the vitamin D component may be transmitted to the newborn through breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia. Those with a history of kidney stones should also consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rash or itching, edema, or fluid retention occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Furthermore, long-term high-dose pyridoxine use can cause symptoms of nerve damage. In cases where folic acid deficiency patients receive high doses of vitamin B12, blood abnormalities may occur. High-dose usage may lead to digestive ulcers, glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so the prescribed dosage must be strictly adhered to. If there is no improvement in symptoms after excessive use or more than one month of use, consult a professional immediately. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. Store out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry, sealed place. It is important not to transfer to another container to maintain quality.
