Vitamin E supports health in the elderly and helps relieve peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness, and coldness in the limbs. It is also used to improve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency.
For individuals aged 12 years and older, take 1 tablet twice a day.
This medicine should not be taken by anyone who has had an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its components. Infants under 12 months should not take this medicine. Patients with severe renal impairment should also avoid using this medicine. During the use of this medicine, it is advised not to take drugs like phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids together. Individuals currently undergoing treatment by a doctor, pregnant women or those who might become pregnant, breastfeeding women, premature infants, and young children must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Those with heart or circulatory disorders or renal impairment, as well as individuals with low protein levels in the blood, should also consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastric discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, red spots, abnormal heart rhythms, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during the use of this medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Women should be cautious, as this medicine may advance menstrual cycles or prolong bleeding. Those taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals at risk of thrombosis should be careful, as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking Vitamin E. Patients with folic acid deficiency who take excessive amounts of Vitamin B12 may experience blood abnormalities. Overdosing on this medicine may result in nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so caution is advised. Additionally, when taken with certain diuretics, this can increase blood potassium levels. If an overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine for more than a month, immediately consult a professional. This medicine should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and it is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking it. Keep out of reach of children, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep securely closed. It is important not to transfer the medicine to other containers to maintain its quality.
Cardiac arrest (heart rhythm disorder), central nervous system dysfunction

Do not take this medicine with oral tetracycline preparations or antacids. Be cautious when taking Vitamin E with oral contraceptives containing estrogen, as this may increase the risk of thrombosis. Caution is also advised when used with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia.
Do not take this medicine with phosphates, calcium salts, or teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea.
This medicine should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air and moisture from entering and should be kept at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Storing it this way helps maintain the medicine's effectiveness and prevents deterioration.
