Adult dose

Individuals aged 15 years and older: 2 capsules for each dose, 3 times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals.

Child dose

Children over 7 years to under 15 years: 1 capsule for each dose, 3 times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals.

This medication may put a strain on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. This medication contains acetaminophen which can cause liver damage in case of overdose, so care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage. Rarely, a severe skin rash or allergic reaction may occur after taking acetaminophen, so if any unusual skin symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Due to the presence of pseudoephedrine, serious skin reactions such as fever, erythema, and small blisters may occur; discontinue use if such symptoms occur and consult an expert. People who are allergic to this medication or who have had asthma or allergic symptoms in the past after taking this or similar medications should not take it. Infants under 3 months of age, patients with severe hypertension, and those with serious kidney problems should also not take this medication. Taking this medication with other cold medicines, analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines may cause side effects, so it is advisable not to take them simultaneously. Children, especially those under 15 years of age or those with chickenpox or flu, must consult a doctor before taking this medication and should be particularly cautious if experiencing vomiting or behavioral changes. It is also safe to consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication in cases of liver, kidney, heart, thyroid disorders, diabetes, hypertension, gastrointestinal problems, or glaucoma. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult an expert before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, severe headache, or difficulty breathing occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and inform a healthcare provider. Children under 2 years of age should generally not take this medication, but in necessary cases, they must follow a doctor's instructions. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and duration of use to avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol during treatment. Drowsiness may occur during use, making it advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. Care must be taken when taking this medication with certain antibiotics or other drugs due to potential risks of side effects; follow the expert's guidance. Mild side effects

Itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty urinating, dry mouth, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is also important to store it at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius for safe use.
