The vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C contained in this medicine are suitable for individuals experiencing physical fatigue, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with reduced physical strength due to illness or after illness, children in their growth phase, and elderly individuals. In particular, vitamin A helps alleviate dry eyes and improve night blindness, while vitamin D supports the healthy development of bones and teeth and is effective in preventing rickets. These vitamins are essential for maintaining and recovering overall health, so taking them according to symptoms and conditions can further enhance health.
Ages 12 and older: 2 tablets twice a day To be taken after meals by dissolving in the mouth or chewing.
Children aged 36 months or older to under 12 years: 1 tablet twice a day To be taken after meals by dissolving in the mouth or chewing.
This medicine should be used with caution as administering over 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day to women in the first three months of pregnancy or women who may become pregnant may pose a risk of congenital malformations. Individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or renal diseases should not take this medicine, and those allergic to its components, babies under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, or severe renal failure should also avoid it. Individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic disorders should refrain from taking this medicine due to the lactose it contains. Those taking phosphate, calcium agents, certain antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa should not take this medicine concurrently. Adults aged under 1 year, patients under treatment, children exposed to significant sunlight, individuals with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients with cardiovascular diseases, patients with renal disorders, patients with hypoalbuminemia, individuals taking cardiac glycosides, or those with a history of gout or kidney stones should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine. If side effects such as nausea, vomiting, skin itching, joint swelling, diarrhea, rashes, irregular heartbeat occur while taking this medicine, it must be discontinued immediately and expert advice sought. Furthermore, caution is necessary when taking this medicine with vitamin E, as it may increase the risk of thromboembolism, and prolonged high-dose use can lead to side effects such as neurological disorders, peptic ulcers, liver damage, and hypercalcemia. Follow the prescribed usage and dosage strictly and administer to children under the supervision of an adult. The vitamin A in this medicine can be adequately obtained through diet, so it is crucial to ensure it does not exceed 5,000 IU daily as a supplement. Be mindful that it may affect blood glucose test results and that urine color may change to yellow during use. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. Finally, this medicine should be stored out of the reach of children and protected from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place, securely sealed to prevent misuse.
