How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children over 15 years: 2 capsules every dose, 3 times a day after meals 30 minutes.

Precautions

This medication may place a burden on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist. Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweats, pallor → severe allergic reaction. Severe rash, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa with high fever → severe skin adverse reactions. Asthma, liver dysfunction (extreme lethargy, skin or eyes turning yellow (jaundice)). Interstitial pneumonia (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever accompanied by respiratory anomalies). Sudden and very severe.

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA), rash, redness, itching

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anticholinergics, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Do not take this medication within 2 weeks of stopping MAO inhibitors. Diabetic medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, etc.
