It is also effective in alleviating inflammation occurring in and around the mouth, such as cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It may help with skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis. Additionally, it is used to improve symptoms of muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. It is used for various symptoms to enhance health and alleviate symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 12 years and older: 20 mL, twice a day, to be taken between meals (between meals).

Precautions

It is safe for individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components to not take it. Moreover, babies under 12 months of age or patients with severely impaired kidney function should not take this medication. When taking this medication, it should not be taken alongside phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or drugs like levodopa. If symptoms such as red spots on the skin, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system impairment occur while taking the medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Furthermore, taking high doses of pyridoxine for a long period can lead to problems with the nervous system, so caution is required. Exceeding the recommended dose can lead to peptic ulcers, difficulty in blood sugar control, increased serum uric acid levels, or liver damage. Excessive intake may cause symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Care should be taken especially when taking medications like aldosterone antagonists or triamterene together, as they may cause elevated potassium levels in the blood. If you have overdosed this medication or if symptoms do not improve after taking it for about a month, you should consult a professional immediately.
