How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating

Child dose

Ages 8 to under 15: Take 1 capsule three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day, as it may pose a risk of liver damage. Please consult a physician or pharmacist. The acetaminophen component in this medication can, though rarely, cause serious skin reactions; if skin rash or allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and this medication should not be taken simultaneously with other medications containing acetaminophen. The pseudoephedrine in this medication can, though rarely, cause serious skin adverse reactions; if fever or skin rash occurs, stop taking the medication and consult a professional. This medication should not be used by individuals who have a history of specific allergic reactions or asthma, infants under three months old, those taking certain antidepressants, or patients with severe hypertension or kidney disease. During treatment, care should be taken to avoid using cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines simultaneously. Children infected with chickenpox or influenza, or individuals suffering from certain diseases, should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. If serious symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. It is generally not advisable to administer this medication to children under two years of age, and if absolutely necessary, medical consultation is required. Follow the prescribed dosages and administrations closely, and avoid prolonged use and alcohol consumption. Drowsiness may occur during use, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. If taken with certain medications, this medication may affect drug metabolism; inform a professional about any other medications you are currently using. Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty urinating, thirst, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA), rash, erythema, itching

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinsonian agents, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines in oral medications (oral agents for rhinitis, motion sickness medications, allergy medications). Individuals who have stopped taking MAO inhibitors in the last two weeks should not take this medication. Diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, and steroid medications.

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Proper storage will help maintain the medication's effectiveness and safety for a long time.
