This medication contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, E, and magnesium, and is used for physical fatigue or during pregnancy/lactation, for decrease in physical strength during and after illness, and in old age. It may also help relieve fatigue of the eyes. It is effective for pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as for inflammation symptoms around the mouth and tongue such as cheilitis, glossitis, and stomatitis. It is also used for skin diseases like eczema and dermatitis, and relieves symptoms of shoulder and neck stiffness, as well as numbness or coldness in the hands and feet that appear during menopause. In particular, it helps with muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. This medication is used for overall recovery of physical strength and improvement of various pain and inflammation symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older and adults: Take 1 capsule at a time, twice a day.

Precautions

Do not take this medication if you have an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its components, or if you have hypersensitivity. Babies under 12 months old or patients with severe renal impairment should not take this medication. People with allergies to soybean oil, soybeans, peanuts, etc., should also refrain from taking this medication. During the course of taking this medication, do not take it together with certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and it is advisable not to take it together with levodopa. Women who are undergoing treatment by a doctor, currently pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature babies, and infants must consult with a professional before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory problems or impaired renal function, as well as those with hypoproteinemia, should be cautious. Patients with dyslipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, and other fat metabolism issues should use this medication carefully. This medication contains the pigment Yellow No. 5, so those with allergies to this component should use it cautiously. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, abnormal heart rhythm, or central nervous system symptoms occur during the course of treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If there are changes such as a shortened menstrual cycle or prolonged bleeding, consult a professional. If taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or if there is a tendency to thrombosis, caution is warranted as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E intake. Long-term high doses of pyridoxine may lead to nerve damage symptoms. When administering high doses of vitamin B12, caution is necessary as abnormal blood reactions may occur. In the case of overdose, symptoms like nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may appear, so it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. Taking this medication in conjunction with an aldosterone antagonist or triamterene may lead to hyperkalemia, so caution is necessary. If symptoms do not improve after more than one month of taking this medication, consult a professional. This medication may turn urine yellow, which can affect clinical test results, so it should be reported prior to testing. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins such as green tea or black tea before and after administration. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check plasma lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, sealed in a cool, dry place, and kept away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container and take measures to prevent misuse.
