This medication is used for patients who need to take both the telmisartan/amlodipine combination and the rosuvastatin/ezetimibe combination simultaneously. It is primarily designed for patients with essential hypertension not adequately controlled and those with dyslipidemia. This medication helps improve blood pressure in patients whose hypertension is difficult to manage and lowers bad cholesterol levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia, thereby aiding cardiovascular health. It also works to increase good cholesterol (HDL-C) to overall improve lipid conditions in the blood. This medication is effectively used for managing both of these conditions together.
