This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of a cold, such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It helps reduce uncomfortable symptoms caused by a cold to facilitate comfortable daily living.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: Take 2 capsules after meals three times daily.

Precautions

This medicine can cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily; therefore, it is necessary to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, this medicine contains acetaminophen, which can cause liver damage in overdose situations, so the maximum daily dosage should not be exceeded, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing products. If any serious skin reactions such as severe rash, blisters, or itching appear during the course of taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Furthermore, since it contains pseudoephedrine, if fever, skin rash, or small blisters occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take this medication if you have had an allergic reaction to it or its ingredients, have a history of asthma attacks, are less than 3 months old, are currently taking specific antidepressants or antipsychotics, or have uncontrolled hypertension. It is also safe not to take other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines during treatment. Children with chickenpox or influenza, individuals with specific allergic conditions, those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. It is generally advised that children under 2 years old do not take this medication, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required.
