This medication is effective in alleviating various pains such as headaches, toothaches, throat or ear pains, arthritis, muscle pains, and shoulder stiffness. It also helps reduce pain after tooth extraction, bruises, fractures, sprains, menstrual pain, and trauma-related pain. Additionally, it aids in lowering fever associated with chills or elevated temperature. Therefore, this medication is used to improve various pain and fever symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and above: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day. Take after meals (do not take on an empty stomach). For 3 times a day: the interval between doses should be at least 4 hours. For 2 times a day: the interval between doses should be at least 6 hours.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver; therefore, those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If severe skin rashes, blisters, or red spots occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Since this product contains acetaminophen, be cautioned not to exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000 mg, and do not take it together with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its ingredients, those who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months of age, and those allergic to soy oil, beans, or peanuts should not take it. Avoid taking it with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives. Children with suspected chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic tendencies, individuals with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, elderly patients, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or swelling occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician; immediate treatment is required for severe allergic reactions or skin disease symptoms. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. Adhere strictly to the dosage and administration instructions, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from drinking alcohol during treatment. Taking it with specific medications may increase the risk of side effects; therefore, consult a doctor before use. Store out of reach of children, in a tightly sealed container, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and do not transfer to other containers to maintain quality.

Serious side effects

  • Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor → severe allergic reaction
  • Severe rash, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mouth/eye mucosa with high fever → severe skin adverse reaction
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack → respiratory issues
  • Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme fatigue → liver abnormality (jaundice)

Mild side effects

Rash, redness (hyperemia), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, dizziness, swelling (edema), high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Storage

This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. A storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius is recommended.
