The vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C included in this medicine help restore strength during physical exhaustion, pregnancy, lactation, and after illness. It is also used to maintain health in growing children and the elderly. Vitamin D improves bone and dental development deficiencies and contributes to the prevention of rickets. The B vitamins help reduce ailments such as beriberi and eye fatigue, as well as alleviate pain from neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain. Vitamin C, zinc, and selenium are effective in alleviating various inflammatory symptoms such as stomatitis, angular cheilitis, cheilosis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Thus, this medication is used to improve various symptoms and health issues through the supplementation of several vitamins and minerals.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 12 years and older and adults: Take 1-2 tablets once daily

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, and those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals with allergic reactions to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months, kidney stone patients, and those with severe renal failure should avoid taking this medication. During treatment, it should not be taken concurrently with certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Those receiving treatment from a healthcare provider or with a history of hyperoxaluria, pregnant or lactating women, individuals with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers or chronic ulcerative colitis, heart and circulatory dysfunction, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, diabetes, gout, or a history of kidney stones should consult a specialist before taking this medication. While taking this medication, if symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system dysfunction, hair loss, hypotension, pulmonary edema occur, use should be discontinued immediately and the individual should consult with a specialist. Moreover, women experiencing changes in menstruation or taking estrogen-containing contraceptives should be cautious of an increased risk of thrombosis, and long-term high dosage may lead to tolerance. Overdosing on B vitamins may cause neurological or hematological reactions, so caution is advised, and high dosages could worsen peptic ulcers, impair glucose tolerance, cause hyperuricemia, and liver damage. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and it could affect urine tests or clinical test results, so consultation with a physician before and after such tests is advisable. It is recommended to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea before or after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. It is important not to transfer it to another container for quality maintenance.
