Vitamin B₁ helps with physical fatigue or decreased stamina during pregnancy, lactation, illness, and recovery. It is also effective for pain relief from neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and it is used to relieve fatigue of the eyes. Selenium is supplemented as a necessary mineral for our body. This medication is used for these symptoms and conditions.
For those aged 12 years and older and adults, take 1 packet twice a day.
This medicine should not be taken by those who are allergic to this medicine or its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months should not take this medicine. While taking this medicine, it is advisable not to take medications like phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids together. If you are receiving treatment from a doctor or have gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer, chronic ulcerative colitis, or localized colitis, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Individuals with heart or circulatory issues or decreased kidney function, as well as those with low protein levels in the blood, should also consult a specialist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dermatitis, foul smell during sweating or breathing, hair loss, or restlessness occur during use, immediately stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, be cautious as overdose may cause gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. Particularly, be careful when taking with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene as it may increase potassium levels in the blood. If you accidentally take too much or if symptoms do not improve after taking for more than one month, consult a specialist immediately. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and it is recommended to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before or after taking this medicine. Store this medicine out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool place with low humidity. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to maintain the quality of the medicine and prevent misuse.

This medicine is sensitive to light, so it should be stored in a container that does not allow light in. Additionally, it is important to maintain a room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius when storing the medicine. This will help preserve the effectiveness of the medicine for a longer period.
