This drug contains vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C, and is used primarily to supply nutrients needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, post-illness recovery, growth development, and old age. Vitamin A helps relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness. Vitamin D prevents bone and tooth growth failure and rickets. Vitamin C helps mitigate pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases and prevents gum bleeding and nosebleeds. It is also effective in preventing and treating iron deficiency anemia and in supplementing zinc. This drug is used to help maintain and restore the health of patients.
How to take
Adult dose
For those aged 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet once daily.
Precautions
This drug should be used with caution in women within the first three months of pregnancy or those who might become pregnant, as taking more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day poses a high risk of congenital malformations. Children, especially those under 6 years old, may face the risk of fatal toxicity due to excessive iron intake from this drug, so it must be kept out of reach of children. Patients with certain diseases such as hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney diseases, those allergic to this drug or its components, infants under 12 months old, and patients with hyperkalemia should not take this drug. Patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders should also avoid taking this drug, and caution is needed when used together with drugs containing iron, vitamin D, magnesium, and other specific components. During the treatment with this drug, it should not be taken concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Especially, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, infants, and those with certain gastrointestinal diseases or heart and kidney diseases must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this drug. If any adverse effects such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, itching, palpitations, abdominal pain, fever, or coma occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Long-term high-dose use may lead to adverse effects such as neurological disorders, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, increased risk of hypercalcemia, and osteoporosis, so the prescribed dosage should be strictly adhered to. When administering to children, supervision by a guardian is necessary, and as vitamin A can be adequately intake through normal meals, the dose as a supplement should be kept under 5,000 IU per day. This drug may affect blood glucose test results and may alter urine color, so these factors should be taken into consideration during testing. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, before and after administration.

This drug should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Additionally, if taken with cardiac glycosides, oral contraceptives containing estrogen, anti-aldosterone agents, or triamterene, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
