This medication helps to temporarily relieve pain, itching, swelling, and bleeding caused by anal fissures and hemorrhoids. Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults (15 years and older): Apply an appropriate amount directly to the affected area 1–3 times a day or administer it rectally. When applying rectally, attach the applicator to the tube and insert it into the rectum.

Children's dosage

Children under 15 years: Apply an appropriate amount directly to the affected area 1–3 times a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals with pus in the affected area. Patients with heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, diabetes, or urinary retention due to prostatic hypertrophy should also avoid using this medication. Breastfeeding women should avoid using this medication, as it may be transferred through breast milk and could increase the baby's heart rate. While using this medication, do not use suppositories, ointments, or creams containing dl-Methylephedrine Hydrochloride, Scopolamine, or Glycyrrhizic Acid. It is also advisable not to take antihypertensive medications or antidepressants simultaneously. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as patients currently under a physician's care, should consult a specialist before using this medication. If redness, swelling, irritation, or pus occurs while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If allergic reactions such as rash or itching occur, stop using it and consult a doctor. If symptoms do not improve after about 7 days of use, discontinue use and seek medical attention. If bleeding occurs, or if sudden blurry vision occurs, stop using the medication immediately and seek medical assistance. This medication must be used strictly according to the prescribed dosage and instructions, and should only be used by children under the supervision and guidance of an adult. This medication is intended for application only to the anal area; it should not be used around the eyes. As it contains a corticosteroid, vision problems may occur, so it is important to consult an ophthalmologist if blurred vision or abnormal symptoms develop. At this time, rare conditions such as cataract, glaucoma, and central serous chorioretinopathy should also be considered. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, and it is advisable to keep it in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Additionally, to maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer it to another container.
