This medication is effective for fever and pain caused by a cold, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and strains. It can also be used for toothaches, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. It helps to alleviate various pains and improve the discomfort of patients.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 capsules at a time, 3 to 4 times a day (every 4 to 6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (12 capsules) per day. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

Child dose

Children aged 12 and over: Take 2 capsules at a time, 3 to 4 times a day (every 4 to 6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (12 capsules) per day. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If severe skin rash, blisters, or itching occurs while taking this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult a professional. The ingredients in this medication can cause liver damage if the maximum daily dose is exceeded; therefore, do not take it with other acetaminophen products and do not exceed the prescribed dose. Individuals with hypersensitivity to this medication, gastrointestinal ulcers, severe blood abnormalities, severely reduced liver or kidney function, weak heart function, specific asthma histories, or those taking certain medications should not take it. Individuals with liver or kidney disease, tendency to bleed, asthma, elderly patients, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and those taking certain medications long-term should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as breathing difficulty, facial flushing, hives, nausea, vomiting, skin rash, or severe allergic reactions appear while taking the medication, immediately stop taking it and consult a professional. If taking for a long time, regular blood tests and liver function tests should be conducted; if abnormalities are found, appropriate actions such as reducing or stopping the dosage should be taken. This medication is used for symptom relief; if pain or fever persists or worsens, consult a doctor, and avoid taking it with other anti-inflammatory analgesics. Children and the elderly should use the minimum effective dose and closely observe the condition afterward; if overdose occurs, immediate medical treatment should be sought. Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, shock, anaphylaxis, asthma attack, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, cyanosis, hypersensitivity, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, severe skin rash, severe allergic reactions, skin and mucous membrane syndrome, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, liver damage (including jaundice symptoms), liver necrosis, kidney toxicity, myocardial necrosis

Mild side effects

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, pruritic rash, rash, platelet function decrease, chronic hepatitis, acute pancreatitis, kidney toxicity, liver and biliary abnormalities (AST increase, ALT increase, fixed rash, etc.)
