Adult dose
This medication should be taken on an empty stomach with water. The tablet must be swallowed whole. It should not be crushed, cut, or chewed. Initial dose: Take 2 tablets once daily before bedtime (on the first day). If symptoms are appropriately controlled the next day, continue taking 2 tablets once daily before bedtime. If symptoms persist until the afternoon of the second day, take 2 tablets before bedtime on the second day and 3 tablets on the third day (1 tablet in the morning and 2 tablets before bedtime). If symptoms are appropriately controlled, continue taking 3 tablets daily. If symptoms remain unmanageable, on the fourth day take 4 tablets daily (1 tablet in the morning, 1 tablet in the afternoon, and 2 tablets before bedtime). The maximum recommended daily dose is 4 tablets (1 tablet in the morning, 1 tablet in the afternoon, 2 tablets before bedtime). Follow doctor's instructions. The continued need for this medication should be evaluated as pregnancy progresses.

This medication is used to control nausea and vomiting symptoms in pregnant women who do not respond to conservative treatment. It helps alleviate discomfort caused by nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, allowing for a more comfortable daily life.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication should be taken on an empty stomach with water. The tablet must be swallowed whole. It should not be crushed, cut, or chewed. Initial dose: Take 2 tablets once daily before bedtime (on the first day). If symptoms are appropriately controlled the next day, continue taking 2 tablets once daily before bedtime. Precautions

This medication should not be used in certain patients. Patients who are allergic to this drug or any of its components or to similar antihistamines should not take it. Patients with a risk of asthma attacks may experience worsening of their condition while taking this drug. Glaucoma patients with increased eye pressure, patients with narrowed the stomach or duodenum, patients with obstruction between the stomach and duodenum, and those with an obstruction at the bladder outlet should not use this medication. Additionally, patients currently taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors should avoid this drug as it can exacerbate central nervous system side effects. Patients with allergies to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, etc., should not take this medication. This drug must be used with caution in pregnant women experiencing severe vomiting or those with liver or kidney disorders. Furthermore, patients taking central nervous system depressants such as alcohol, sleeping pills, or tranquilizers should be cautious. This drug should also be used cautiously in patients with fatty blood or pancreatitis, as there may be issues with fat metabolism. This medication may cause drowsiness; thus, activities requiring concentration, such as driving or operating machinery, should be avoided. If taken with alcohol or other central nervous system depressants, drowsiness may increase, raising the risk of falls or accidents. This drug is best taken on an empty stomach with water, as taking it with food may reduce its effectiveness. Caution should be exercised as certain drug tests may produce false results while this drug is being taken. There is no reported increased risk of congenital malformations from using this medication during pregnancy; however, animal studies have shown some side effects at very high doses. If breastfeeding, it is advisable to discontinue nursing as this medication may transfer into breast milk and cause sedation or hypersensitivity reactions in the infant. Safety and efficacy in children under 18 years of age have not been established, and overdose may lead to serious side effects and the risk of death. Symptoms of overdose may include dry mouth, pupil dilation, drowsiness, dizziness, mental confusion, increased heart rate, and may require urgent care. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and kept at a temperature between 15 to 30 degrees Celsius.
