This medication is used to treat various pain and inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, degenerative osteoarthritis, shoulder periarthritis, toothache, post-traumatic inflammation, low back pain, and sciatica. It also helps relieve pain due to non-articular rheumatism. As it is effective against the main diseases and symptoms, it assists in improving patients' daily lives.
Take 100 mg of aceclofenac every 12 hours, for a total of 2 doses per day. This medication should be taken whole, without chewing or breaking it. Adjust the dose according to symptoms. To minimize the cardiovascular adverse reactions of this medication, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
This medication may cause gastric bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, it may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attack or stroke, so careful assessment is needed for patients with cardiovascular risk factors. It should be taken for the shortest duration at the minimum effective dose, and treatment response and symptom relief should be monitored periodically.
