View approved original text

This medication helps reduce elevated triglyceride levels in patients with endogenous hypertriglyceridemia. It is particularly effective when administered alone to patients with hypertriglyceridemia (Type IV). Additionally, when used in combination with statin drugs in patients with a combination of hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia (Type IIb), better therapeutic effects can be expected. It can also improve triglyceride levels in severe combined patients who are not controlled by statin therapy. This way, it helps regulate blood lipids and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
