How to take

Adult dose

For adults aged 15 years and older: Take 2 sachets (20 mL) 3 times a day 30 minutes after meals. Take after each meal and at bedtime if necessary, maintaining a gap of 4 hours between doses.

Child dose

For ages 11 to under 15 years: Take 4/3 sachets (13.3 mL) 3 times a day 30 minutes after meals. For ages 7 to under 11 years: Take 1 sachet (10 mL) 3 times a day 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication can cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. If severe rashes, blisters, or itching occur during treatment, you should immediately stop taking the medication and consult a specialist. As this product contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken concurrently with other acetaminophen products. The artificial sweetener aspartame in this product is broken down into phenylalanine, so individuals with the genetic disorder phenylketonuria should not take it. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components, those who have experienced asthma attacks, infants under 3 months old, and those currently taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advisable not to take cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines together. Children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergies, or those with chronic conditions such as liver, kidney, or heart diseases should definitely consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or shortness of breath occur after taking the medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, you should visit a hospital. Children under 2 years of age should generally not take this medication, but if absolutely necessary, they should consult a doctor. Diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, potassium-containing agents, licorice-containing agents, glycyrrhizic acid or its derivatives.

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. Additionally, it is advisable to keep the medication at room temperature, ideally between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
