Improvement of gastric ulcers and gastric mucosal lesions
This medication is used for various gastrointestinal ulcer diseases, such as gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, anastomotic ulcers, and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. It is also used to treat acute stress ulcers and bleeding due to hemorrhagic gastritis, and is effective for gastroesophageal reflux disease and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It helps improve lesions such as erosion, bleeding, redness, and swelling of the gastric mucosa. It is also used to improve the condition during the acute exacerbation of acute and chronic gastritis. With these therapeutic effects, it alleviates symptoms associated with gastrointestinal disorders and gradually improves health.

This medication should not be used by individuals allergic to its ingredients or similar medications. Also, patients with certain genetic diseases due to the lactose contained in this medication should not take it. Patients with a history of allergic reactions or problems with kidney or liver function and those with heart disease should use this medication with caution. Particularly, elderly individuals or those allergic to the pigments included in this medication should also be careful. This medication can rarely cause serious side effects, so if unusual reactions occur, it should be stopped immediately, and the hospital should be visited. For example, sudden shortness of breath, severe skin rash, blood abnormalities, liver dysfunction, muscle pain, heart rhythm disturbances, and changes in consciousness may occur. Symptoms should be closely observed during treatment, and it should be used at the minimum effective dose; if it is ineffective, alternative treatments should be considered. The tablet dissolves in the mouth but is not absorbed through the oral mucosa, so it should be swallowed with water or saliva. Patients undergoing hemodialysis need to be cautious when using this medication in conjunction with other drugs. This medication may interact with other medications, so any concomitant medications must be disclosed. Elderly patients may have reduced kidney function, which may require adjustments in dosage or dosing intervals. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should carefully consider the benefits and risks of using this medication, and breastfeeding women are advised to discontinue breastfeeding. Safety has not been fully established for use in children, so its use is limited. In the case of orally disintegrating tablets, they should be placed on the tongue to dissolve and then swallowed, and should not be taken while lying down without water.
