Amotalex Injection (Polideoxyribonucleotide Sodium)

Adult administration

Administer 1 vial once daily by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.

This medication should absolutely not be administered to patients who have allergic reactions to the active ingredient or included components. If allergic symptoms appear while using this medication, stop using it immediately and seek appropriate treatment. No special interactions between this medication and other drugs are known. According to investigations after using this medication domestically, the rate of side effects was very low, and mostly mild symptoms such as itching, rash, vomiting, and abdominal pain were reported. No serious or unexpected side effects have been found. Therefore, this medication can be used safely; however, it is important to consult medical personnel immediately if abnormal symptoms occur.

Mild side effects

• leukopenia
• abdominal pain
• diarrhea
• nausea.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent exposure to air and is best kept at a temperature between 1 degree Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. Storing in this manner helps maintain the effectiveness of the medication.
