Should not be used in patients with a risk of bleeding, hemophilia, recent hemorrhagic stroke, uncontrolled hypertension, etc. Patients with congestive heart failure, allergies to any of the drug's components, and women who are pregnant or nursing should also avoid this medication. Patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, thrombolytics, etc., should use caution due to the risk of bleeding. Women during menstruation, patients with heart disease, and those with significantly reduced kidney or liver function should also use this medication cautiously. Taking the drug with meals may increase drug concentration, raising the risk of side effects, hence it is advisable to take it on an empty stomach. Since this drug is metabolized in the liver, patients with reduced liver function or those taking medications that inhibit the CYP3A4 or CYP2C19 enzymes may require dose adjustments. It should not be used by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and nursing mothers should discontinue breastfeeding. The safety in children and newborns has not been established, so use should be avoided.
