Rapid relief of moderate pain (post-surgery) and fever.
This medication is used when pain or high fever is severe and requires rapid treatment, especially for the treatment of moderate pain and short-term fever that occur post-surgery. It is mainly administered through intravenous injection and is effective even when other routes of administration are difficult. It helps to rapidly alleviate the patient's symptoms.
Adults weighing over 50kg: 4 times a day, with 1000mg of acetaminophen per dose, at a minimum dosing interval of 4 hours. The maximum daily dose does not exceed 4 grams. For children weighing 33kg (about 11 years) and above or adults weighing less than 50kg: For a single dose, approximately 15mg/kg of acetaminophen (about 1.5ml/kg), with a minimum dosing interval of 4 hours. The maximum daily dose is 60mg/kg or does not exceed 4 grams.

This medication must be used precisely as per the dosage guidelines, as confusion between milligrams and milliliters can lead to serious poisoning or death. It is advisable to quickly use appropriate analgesics once oral administration is feasible. Be sure to check whether this medication's active ingredient is included in other medications to avoid overdose. Exceeding the recommended dosage can cause severe liver damage, so patients with impaired liver function must consult a doctor. Watch for the daily maximum dosage and undergo regular testing if liver function tests are necessary. Those who frequently consume alcohol must consult healthcare professionals before taking this medication. This medication has been rarely associated with severe skin reactions; if skin rashes or allergy symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare professionals. Patients with hypersensitivity to this medication or those with specific illnesses, as well as those taking certain medications, should not use it. Patients with liver or kidney diseases, peptic ulcer, blood abnormalities, or heart failure should use it cautiously and follow healthcare provider instructions. This medication may interact with certain drugs, so be sure to inform your doctor if you are taking other medications. In the case of overdose, symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and abdominal pain, and immediate medical attention is required. During pregnancy, it should be used cautiously considering its benefits and risks, and while breastfeeding, a small amount may be excreted in breast milk, but reports of adverse reactions are rare. Children and the elderly should use the minimum necessary dosage and be monitored for adverse reactions. This medication does not affect driving or operating machinery but should not be mixed with other drugs. For storage, keep it in a sealed container protected from air and moisture, stored at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees. Do not refrigerate or freeze, and check for impurities or discoloration before use. Unused solutions should be discarded and used only once.
Urticaria, angioedema, anaphylactic shock, anaphylaxis, severe allergic reaction symptoms, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, severe skin adverse reaction symptoms, shock, agranulocytosis, neutropenia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, coma, acute renal failure, Lyell's syndrome, angioedema, fulminant hepatitis, liver necrosis, liver failure, increased liver enzymes, thrombocytopenia.
