How to take

Adult dose

It is recommended to start with a dose of 2 tablets, with a minimum interval of 12 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in a day. If prolonged treatment is needed, regular monitoring should be conducted to determine the necessity for continued use. In the elderly, particularly those over 75 years, a minimum interval of 12 hours between doses is recommended.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver; individuals who consume a lot of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Due to the acetaminophen component, serious skin reactions may rarely occur; if skin rash or allergic symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately. The tramadol component may cause seizures, so individuals with a history of seizures or those at high risk for seizures should be cautious when taking this medication. During treatment, serious side effects such as allergic reactions or breathing difficulties may occur; if any unusual symptoms arise, inform a healthcare professional immediately. Acute asthma patients may experience difficulty breathing while taking this medication, so it should be taken only in medical settings. Taking this medication with alcohol or central nervous system depressants increases the risk of drowsiness or respiratory depression, so concomitant use should be avoided or discussed with a physician. In cases of head injuries or brain diseases, this medication could increase intracranial pressure, requiring caution. Tramadol included in this medication may cause physical and mental dependence, so prolonged use should be monitored carefully for signs of dependency. Patients with poor liver function should consult a doctor before taking this medication and should be cautious not to exceed the recommended dosage. Children under 12 years old and adolescents under 18 years old who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy should not take this medication due to a particularly high risk of respiratory depression. During use, drowsiness or dizziness may occur, necessitating caution when driving or operating machinery. In case of overdose, severe respiratory depression and liver damage can occur, which can be life-threatening; therefore, dosage must be strictly followed, and hospital visits should happen immediately if unusual symptoms occur.
