How to take

Adult dose

For typical adults: 2 capsules (2 tablets), 3 times a day before or between meals.

Child dose

For ages 7-14: 1 capsule (1 tablet), 3 times a day before or between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants or young children under the age of 5. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic disorders such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Individuals with high blood pressure or heart and kidney diseases should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Those with edema or low physical strength, and those with weak stomachs should also seek advice from a healthcare professional before taking this medication.
