Adult dose

Aged 15 and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day after meals, 30 minutes post-meal

This medication may burden the liver; thus, individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to the ingredients in this medication, severe skin reactions may rarely occur; in case of a rash or allergy symptoms, discontinue taking immediately and consult a healthcare professional. It contains acetaminophen, so care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken in conjunction with other acetaminophen-containing products. Due to the pseudoephedrine component, severe skin reactions such as fever or skin rashes may occur, so if any symptoms arise, discontinue use and consult with a professional. Those allergic to the ingredients or who have a history of asthma resulting from this medication or similar medications should not take it. Infants under 3 months, individuals taking MAO inhibitors or who have stopped taking them within the last 2 weeks, patients with severe hypertension, and those with severe kidney disease should not take this medication. It's safest not to take this medication along with other cold medicines, antipyretics, cough medicines, sedatives, or antihistamines. Especially, children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, elderly individuals, and those with liver or kidney diseases, heart diseases, diabetes, hypertension, or gastrointestinal issues should consult healthcare professionals before taking. If abnormal symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, or insomnia appear while taking, immediately stop taking and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be given to children under 2 years of age unless absolutely necessary and under doctor's guidance. When taking, adhere to the prescribed dosage and methods of usage, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from consuming alcohol during treatment. Drowsiness may occur, so avoid driving or operating machinery. Extra precautions are needed when taking this medication with certain antibiotics or other medications, so consult with a healthcare professional.

• Fever with severe rash, blisters, or skin peeling, oral/ocular mucosal pain → severe skin adverse reactions
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, cough with fever accompanied by respiratory issues → respiratory problems
• Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → hepatic issues (jaundice)
• Sudden and severe headache

Drug interactions

This medication should not be combined with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's medications, etc.), expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Additionally, one should consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking it with diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants.

Food interactions

Caution is advised when taking this medication with alcohol.

Store this medication in a sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It's important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the efficacy and safety of the medication.
