This medicine is used to treat epithelial disorders of the conjunctiva caused by endogenous factors such as Sjögren's syndrome, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and dry eye syndrome, as well as epithelial disorders caused by external factors such as surgery, medication use, trauma, and wearing contact lenses.

How to apply drops

Adult eye dose

Instill 1 drop at a time, 5-6 times a day. Adjust the dosage appropriately according to symptoms. Usually, a 0.1% preparation is used, and in cases where this is insufficient, a 0.3% preparation may be administered.

Precautions

This medication is an eye drop that contains sodium hyaluronate as the active ingredient, used to supply moisture and protect the eyes. This medication should not be used by individuals with allergies to its components or protein-based medications. During use, symptoms such as eyelid itching, eye irritation, congestion, conjunctivitis, corneal disorders, foreign body sensation, eye discharge, and eye pain may occur. If these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Moreover, hypersensitivity reactions such as eyelid inflammation or dermatitis may rarely occur, so if these symptoms arise, stop use and seek appropriate treatment. This medication may have increased adverse reactions when used with steroids, dry eye treatments, antimicrobials, glaucoma medications, antihistamines, cataract medications, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc. Do not use this medication simultaneously with other eye drops; if they must be used together, separate them by about 30 minutes. This medication is intended for ophthalmic use only, so be careful not to let the tip of the container touch the eyelids or eyelashes to prevent contamination, and avoid sharing to prevent contamination. Single-use products should not be reused after opening. It is also advisable to discard the first 1-2 drops upon opening, and any remaining solution should be disposed of immediately after use. During storage, keep it in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture entry, and maintain the storage temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius to preserve the medication's effect.
