This medication is used for conditions such as athlete's foot, jock itch (inguinal tinea), and ringworm, which are skin fungal infections caused by dermatophytes.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Once a day, apply an appropriate amount to the affected area.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who have had an allergic reaction to specific ingredients. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are nursing should also avoid using this medication. Additionally, it is safer not to use this medication on children and infants. This medication should not be applied to mucous membranes such as the eyes, around the eyes, mouth, nasal cavity, vagina, scrotum, or vulva. It should also not be used on areas with eczema or moisture, severely chafed or wounded areas, nails, or the scalp. While using this medication, nursing mothers should discontinue breastfeeding, as the medication can be transferred through breast milk. If you are currently undergoing treatment from another doctor, have experienced allergic reactions to medications, or have a family history of allergies, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. It is also important to consult a professional if you are uncertain whether a skin condition is eczema, athlete's foot, or another skin infection.
