Precautions

This medication may place a burden on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. During the use of this medication, if a skin rash or blistering occurs along with severe allergic reactions, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. As it contains acetaminophen, care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. As it contains pseudoephedrine, if symptoms such as fever or small pustules on the skin appear, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components, or those who have experienced asthma in the past should not take this medication. Infants under 3 months of age should not take this medication, and those on certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should also avoid it. It is also safe not to take this medication if one has severe or uncontrolled hypertension, or serious kidney disease. During the use of this medication, do not take other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Particularly, children, infants, those with certain illnesses, elderly individuals, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as severe headache, rash, difficulty breathing, or jaundice occur, stop taking immediately and consult a healthcare provider. This medication is generally not used in children under 2 years of age; if absolutely necessary, it should be used under a doctor's guidance. When taking, comply with the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol. Since drowsiness may occur, caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery, and consultation is needed as the risk of side effects may increase when combined with certain medications. Store this medication out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight in a cool place with minimal moisture in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, for quality maintenance, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
