This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of colds such as throat pain, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 15 and over: Take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Due to the components included in this medication, very rarely there can be serious skin reactions; if skin rash or hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. As it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals with allergies to this medication or who have had previous experiences that triggered asthma, infants under 3 months, or those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not take cough medicines, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children or individuals with specific conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with chronic diseases, and the elderly should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur after taking, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Children under 2 years old should generally not take this medication, except in special cases, and should see a doctor when necessary. During use, adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. Serious side effects

  • Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweats, pallor → Anaphylactic shock
  • Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mouth/eyes → Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, cough + breathing difficulties with fever → Interstitial pneumonia
  • Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), severe lethargy → Liver dysfunction

Mild side effects

Rash, redness (hyperemia), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling (edema), dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Do not take this medication with oral medications containing cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines.
