How to take

Child dose

Children under 12 years of age may take the following recommended single dose every 4-6 hours as needed. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible, not exceeding 5 times a day (75 mg/kg):

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If severe rashes or blisters, or allergic reactions occur during the use of this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a professional consulted. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage of the components contained in this medication, and to avoid duplication of ingredients when taken with other medications. This medication is contraindicated for individuals with certain conditions. For example, those allergic to this medication, those with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, very poor liver or kidney function, or severely impaired cardiac function should not take this medication. Additionally, individuals with a history of aspirin asthma, those taking certain antidepressants, barbiturates, and those consuming alcohol should also avoid this medication. Those with liver or kidney problems or a past history of such problems, a history of peptic ulcers or blood disorders, patients prone to bleeding, individuals with weak cardiac function, those with a history of allergies or bronchial asthma, the elderly, children under two years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, long-term users of warfarin, and those taking lithium or diuretics should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If sudden shortness of breath, skin rash, severe gastrointestinal disturbances, or blood disorder symptoms occur during the use of this medication, it should be discontinued immediately, and medical personnel should be consulted. In case of overdose, treatment to protect the liver should be sought promptly even if there are no clear symptoms. This medication requires regular blood tests and liver function tests during long-term use, and if symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted. Children and the elderly should take the minimum effective dose and be particularly vigilant for adverse reactions. Co-administration with other anti-inflammatory pain medications should be avoided, and adults should refrain from using it for pain for more than 10 days or for fever for more than 3 days. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children and sealed in its original container. Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, pruritic rash, rash, fixed drug eruption, elevated AST, elevated ALT, glutathione acidosis, high ion gap metabolic acidosis, bleeding tendency, platelet dysfunction, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia, cyanosis, hypersensitivity reactions (facial swelling, sweating, hypotension), peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation, acute pancreatitis, chronic hepatitis, nephrotoxicity, liver damage, myocardial necrosis

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other products that contain acetaminophen, other anti-inflammatory (non-steroidal) analgesics, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants. If taking with warfarin, lithium, or thiazide diuretics, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
