Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Since it contains acetaminophen, serious skin reactions such as severe rashes or pustules may rarely occur; if there are any skin abnormalities, the medication should be discontinued immediately. Care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg of acetaminophen, and it should not be taken in conjunction with other acetaminophen-containing products. As it contains pseudoephedrine, if symptoms like fever, skin rash, or small pustules occur, the medication should be stopped, and a doctor should be consulted. People who have allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to this medication, those with a history of asthma, infants under three months, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, or who have uncontrolled hypertension or severe kidney disease should not take this medication. It is safe not to take this medication alongside other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals with liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid disorders, or who have high blood pressure or diabetes should definitely consult a healthcare professional before taking. If any unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, breathing difficulties, severe headaches, or jaundice occur after taking the medication, it should be stopped immediately, and a doctor should be consulted. Children under the age of 2 should not use this medication unless absolutely necessary, and must see a doctor in such cases. Follow the prescribed usage and dosage, avoid prolonged use, refrain from alcohol, and be cautious as drowsiness may occur; avoid driving or operating machinery.
