This medication is used for patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with either amlodipine or telmisartan monotherapy. This drug effectively lowers blood pressure, reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, and helps maintain a healthy lifestyle through better blood pressure control.

How to take

Adult dose

Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, preferably at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). If blood pressure is not adequately controlled, dosage may be adjusted to the following: - 40/5 mg: For patients whose hypertension is not controlled with amlodipine 5 mg or telmisartan 40 mg. - 80/5 mg: For patients whose hypertension is not controlled with amlodipine 5 mg or this drug 40/5 mg.

Child dose

Safety and efficacy have not been established for pediatric patients under the age of 18, so administration of this medication is not recommended.

Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus when taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so if pregnancy is confirmed, it should be discontinued immediately. Storage
