Patients with primary aldosteronism, aortic stenosis, or obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy should use this medication with special caution, and those with compromised liver or kidney function should also take it carefully. During treatment, symptoms such as dizziness or swelling may commonly occur; if these symptoms persist, consultation with a healthcare professional is recommended.
