Improvement of gastric ulcers and upper gastrointestinal bleeding
This medication is used to treat upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by gastric and duodenal ulcers, anastomotic ulcers, peptic ulcers, or acute stress ulcers. It is also effective for conditions associated with excessive gastric acid secretion such as hemorrhagic gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux disease, as well as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It helps improve lesions of the gastric mucosa such as erosion, bleeding, redness, and swelling that occur during the acute exacerbation of acute gastritis and chronic gastritis. This medication protects the gastric mucosa and aids in the recovery of damaged areas, alleviating gastrointestinal symptoms. Taking this medication according to your condition can greatly assist in improving gastric health. Overall, it effectively treats symptoms of various gastrointestinal disorders.
Gastric and duodenal ulcers, anastomotic ulcers, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, gastroesophageal reflux disease, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: Administer 20 mg orally twice a day (after breakfast, after dinner, or at bedtime) as famotidine, or 40 mg orally once a day (at bedtime). For upper gastrointestinal bleeding, treatment typically starts with an injection, after which it is switched to oral administration when possible. Acute gastritis, acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis
