Relief of symptoms of cold (acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis) and sinusitis
This medicine helps relieve nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heavy head symptoms caused by cold and allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. It alleviates these discomforting symptoms so that they do not interfere with daily life, effectively improving symptoms caused by acute rhinitis or allergic rhinitis. It also helps reduce symptoms associated with nasal discomfort when there is sinusitis. Therefore, this medication is very useful for alleviating nasal-related symptoms.
For adolescents aged 12 years and older or adults, spray 1 dose into each nostril up to 3 times daily. The application interval should be at least 8 hours apart.
This medicine should not be used by children under 12 years of age. Additionally, those who have had an allergic reaction to this medicine or its components should not use it. People taking or who have stopped taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotic medications within the last two weeks should also refrain from using this medicine. Individuals who have had brain surgery or have a specific eye condition known as angle-closure glaucoma should avoid this medication. It is also advisable not to use this medicine if you have nasal dryness or atrophic rhinitis, or if you have pheochromocytoma or benign prostatic hyperplasia. It may be necessary to consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use in some cases. For example, individuals with an allergic constitution or those who have had allergic reactions to medications in the past, as well as those with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or glaucoma should exercise caution. Furthermore, individuals taking certain antidepressants or exhibiting symptoms such as insomnia, dizziness, tremors, arrhythmias, or high blood pressure should also consult a professional before using this medication. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should follow the guidance of healthcare professionals when using this medicine. Patients undergoing treatment or those with chronic cough, asthma, or lung diseases also need to be cautious. If you experience symptoms such as rash, redness, swelling, or itching while using this medicine, you should stop using it immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after using it for more than 3 days, you should definitely consult a doctor. In rare cases, severe headaches, nausea, vomiting, and visual disturbances may occur; in such cases, you should stop using the medication immediately. This medicine must be used according to the prescribed usage and dosage. Excessive use may lead to further nasal congestion, so caution is needed. It should only be used for the treatment of rhinitis and should not be applied to the eyes or ears. To prevent contamination, it is advisable not to share it with others, and continuous use should not exceed 7 days. It is safest not to consume alcohol during use. When used for children, parental supervision is required. Due to the presence of benzalkonium chloride in this medicine, long-term use should be avoided as it may cause bronchospasm, nasal mucosal irritation, or swelling. When storing, it should be kept out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. Also, to maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
