Precautions

It is safe not to use this medication in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Patients who have a tendency to bleed or are taking anticoagulant medications should not take this drug. Patients with severe liver or kidney impairment should avoid this medication. Persons who have had allergic reactions to the components of this medication should refrain from using it. This medication should not be used in children under 12 years of age. This drug contains lactose, and patients with genetic disorders that affect lactose digestion should not take it. During treatment, gastrointestinal symptoms such as stomach ache, heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea may occasionally occur. Rarely, bleeding symptoms such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds may occur. Allergic reactions such as skin rash, hives, and itching may occur infrequently. Very rarely, serious allergic reactions such as facial swelling, difficulty breathing, and low blood pressure may occur, so caution is advised. Liver function test values may increase, and symptoms of liver inflammation may appear in some patients. There is a possibility of decreased platelet counts, so if abnormal symptoms occur, consult a healthcare professional. Signs of liver damage, including jaundice of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe abdominal pain, and loss of appetite, require immediate discontinuation of the medication and medical evaluation. If symptoms do not improve within a week after taking the medication, or if fever, difficulty breathing, or blood-tinged phlegm persists, discontinue use and visit a hospital. Do not take this medication while lying down, and be careful about your posture while taking it. There have been no reports of drug interactions with this medication, but patients taking anticoagulants should exercise caution as it may affect blood coagulability. It is advisable not to use this medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to the lack of established safety. In the event of an overdose, adverse reactions may be intensified, so if an overdose occurs, consult a doctor. Store in a safe place out of reach of children; transferring to another container can compromise quality, so caution is advised.
