Severe allergic reactions or anaphylactic shock may also occur, so the patient's condition should be carefully monitored after administration. With prolonged use, liver and kidney function, as well as blood conditions, should be regularly checked, and the prescribed duration and dosage should be strictly followed to prevent the development of drug-resistant bacteria. Furthermore, this medication is ineffective against viral infections, so it should not be used for symptoms like the common cold. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should use this medication only after consulting with a physician, and it is particularly advisable to avoid use during the first three months of pregnancy.
