Adult dose

Typically, adults should take 1 packet (single dosage) three times a day before or between meals.

For instance, individuals who have become significantly weakened after an illness may experience side effects more easily or have worsening symptoms, thus requiring caution. Additionally, patients with high blood pressure or problems related to the heart or kidneys should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Elderly individuals may have decreased bodily functions, so it is advisable to reduce the dosage. If there have been allergic reactions to this medication in the past or if other medications are currently being taken, consultation is also necessary. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking this medication. Those with poor gastrointestinal function or excessive sweating, patients with hyperthyroidism or urination disorders, and diabetic patients should also be cautious. Particularly, diabetic patients should be careful as this medication may increase blood sugar levels. While taking this medication, if symptoms such as swelling, muscle weakness, rash, nausea, abnormal liver function, difficulty breathing, urination problems, insomnia, excessive sweating, or heart palpitations occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Moreover, if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than one month, stop taking it and consult a doctor. It is essential to adhere to the specified administration and dosage, and when children are taking it, supervision by a guardian is necessary. Caution should be exercised when taking this medication with potassium-containing preparations, drugs with licorice components, certain diuretics, etc., as the risk of side effects may increase. When taking other herbal medicines, care should be taken to avoid overlapping ingredients and if taken for long periods, must be under expert guidance. Taking this medication together with ephedra, thyroid medications, or certain heart-related drugs may result in symptoms such as insomnia, heart palpitations, or excessive sweating, thus dosage adjustment may be necessary. This medication should be stored away from direct sunlight and in a cool place with low humidity, out of reach of children. It is safest to keep it sealed in its original container.
