This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women. It should not be administered to patients who are prone to bleeding or are taking anticoagulant medications. Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction should also avoid using this medicine. Persons who have previously shown allergic reactions to any component of this medicine should not take it. This medicine may not be suitable for patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic conditions. Children under the age of 12 should not use this medicine. Occasionally, gastrointestinal issues like heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea may occur with this medicine. Rarely, there may be gum bleeding or nosebleeds. Allergic reactions such as skin rashes, hives, and itching may also occur. Very rarely, severe allergic reactions causing facial swelling, difficulty in breathing, and a drop in blood pressure may occur. There is also a risk of increased liver function tests or liver problems such as hepatitis. Platelet counts may decrease, although this may also be due to other conditions. If symptoms of liver damage such as jaundice, dark urine, severe abdominal pain, or loss of appetite appear during use, the medication should be stopped immediately. If symptoms do not improve within a week or if fever, breathing difficulties, or blood-stained phlegm occur, the treatment should be stopped and a doctor consulted. It is advisable not to take this medicine while lying down. As of now, no specific interactions with other medications have been reported; however, it should be used with caution when taken together with medications that may affect blood coagulation. Due to uncertainty about its safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding, it is preferable not to use this medicine in these conditions. There have been no reported cases of overdose, but side effects may worsen, so consultation with a doctor is necessary in case of overdose. This medicine should be kept out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container can compromise its quality, so it should be avoided. The effects on driving or machinery operation are unknown.
