Pain relief and anti-inflammatory effects related to colds and arthritis (rheumatoid, osteoarthritis)
This medication is used to alleviate fever and pain due to colds, low back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative arthritis, as well as postoperative pain. It is also effective for various pains such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, and neuralgia. It can be applied to symptoms from ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, and soft tissue injuries such as sprains or bruises. It helps treat non-joint rheumatic diseases like tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. This drug is widely used to improve various pain and inflammatory diseases.
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer 200-600mg per dose orally, 3-4 times daily, with a maximum of 3200mg per day. Mild to moderate pain, colds: Administer 200-400mg per dose orally, 3-4 times daily. Migraine: Administer 200-400mg per dose orally, not exceeding 2 capsules within 24 hours.
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: Administer orally divided into 3-4 doses at 30-40mg per kg of body weight per day. Adolescents aged 12 and over: 200-400mg per dose, 3-4 times daily, not exceeding 500mg daily if weight is less than 30kg.
People who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages a day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. There is an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if one who drinks frequently takes this medication. This drug may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Especially individuals with risk factors for heart disease or hypertension should be cautious, as long-term use can lead to serious problems like myocardial infarction or stroke. This drug can cause serious side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforations. The risk of such side effects may increase in older individuals or those taking the drug for extended periods, thus it is important to closely monitor symptoms during use. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe liver or kidney impairment, severe heart failure, hypertension, asthma, or known allergies to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not take this medication. This medication should not be taken during the late stages of pregnancy, and patients undergoing high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy should avoid it. The recommended dosage should not be exceeded, and it is advisable not to take this drug in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If you are breastfeeding, this drug may pass into breast milk and cause side effects in the infant, so breastfeeding should be discontinued or the medication should be avoided. Individuals with blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, heart disease, high blood pressure, or a history of allergies should consult with a healthcare professional before use. Additionally, this medication may interact with other drugs, so people taking ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, or SSRIs should consult with healthcare professionals. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, severe gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms, or signs of liver dysfunction occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult with a healthcare professional. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible, and particularly elderly or chronic patients should undergo regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests while using it. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, this medication may affect the kidney function of the fetus, so ultrasound checks on amniotic fluid status are necessary, and the duration and dose must be strictly limited. Finally, this medication should be kept out of the reach of children, and stored in its original container to maintain quality.
Urticaria, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with fever, blisters, peeling skin, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, abnormal respiratory symptoms with cough+fever, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, urinary changes
